Jenny's Big 3-OH! Birthday Blog Hop!

Welcome to my Big 3-OH! Birthday Blog Hop!  Yes, today is my 30th *gulp* birthday and I am so excited to a) host my first hop and b) spend it with you!  It's hard to believe that I'm already 30, the time really has gone fast.  However, I am really excited to see where the next 30 years takes me as the last 30 have really blessed me.

I have some great blog candy for my giveaways thanks to some WONDERFUL sponsors!
Paper Princess from Emma at My Creative Time

Buggy Punnies from Robyn at My Pink Stamper

"Winners Choice" from Scrappy Mom's

Also, I'm giving away a Cuttlebug Cozy made by dear Kathy (she deserves her own post, coming soon)!  {Winner picks their own fabric, the one below is mine} :)

Lastly, I have TWO surprise giveaways because what's a birthday without a surprise, no?! :)

To be eligible for any of the giveaways please visit and comment on all of the blogs--they all deserve some love!  Also, I'd love for you to become a follower, not a requirement but a great birthday gift :)
Ok, on to the project...I asked the ladies to create a project with 3 colors and some bling.
I have a serious bling obsession.  Glitter, sparkle, shiny, love it all. :)

Here are the two cards I created:

The white ribbon came from a pajama set for one of my daughters!  They were folded and wrapped in this white ribbon :)  Pretty slick 'eh?!

Thank you so much for helping me celebrate my 30th birthday!  Please stop by the other ladies along the way to see their wonderful talent!  Remember to leave a comment so you have the opportunity to be one of the 6 lucky winners :)

Your next stop is the very fabulous Linda

Guest Designer Part Two!!!

Hey Hey, Happy Thursday and Cinco De Mayo!  Wow, this week has flown by!  As you may or may not know, tomorrow is the start of my Big 3-OH Birthday Blog Hop.  I really hope you can hop with us and help celebrate :)  I have a wonderful group of ladies helping me out, I cannot wait to see what they created!

However, before we get to that, I have one more guest designer that I absolutely love!  She is such an amazing inspiration and such a sweetheart.  Just a really lovely, lovely lady :)  Her creations are flawless and always so beautiful.  I've said it before and I'll say it again...it makes me crazy at the amount of talent this girl has :)  See for yourself....

Hi, I'm Courtney Lee from Court's Crafts!

Happy 30th birthday Jenny! I was so tickled pink to be asked by Jenny to be a guest designer on her blog today!!! Thank you Jenny! I am honored to be here and to help you celebrate your birthday! I hope it is the best ever!

Since she is turning the big 3-0 I wanted to make her a fun and childish card to keep her young! :)

This was all made with Artful Delight's May kit!

Guest Designer!!!

Hello everyone!  Can you believe we're half-way through the week already?!  That means only a few more days in my twenties...yikes!  I've asked a few of my most inspirational crafters to help me celebrate this week as guest designers.  I cannot tell you enough how much I admire {not in a creepy way, LOL} these two women.  I am in awe of their talent and every single project they post makes me want to run to my craft space to start creating.  They are A.MAZING.

My first guest designer is actually the person that introduced me to the world of craft-blogging {I'm not sure she even knows that!}.  I found her blog over Christmas, right after I received my Cricut Expression.  I was absolutely hooked!  I love her style and her attention to detail.  Check it out for yourself....

Happy Wednesday - it's Lauren from Lauren's Creative!  I am so happy that Jenny invited me to help her celebrate her birthday!  I have been scrapbooking for a little over a year now and it is one of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon or evening in my craft room!  I only wish that I would have started sooner, so I was closer to being caught up!

We visited Disney World in February, so I have been trying to finish scrapbooking all of our pictures as quickly as possible.  Since summer is just around the corner, I figured that some of you may be looking for some inspiration for your upcoming trip!  You may also have a stack of pictures that need to be scrapbooked like me and need a little push in the right direction to get everything finished!

I'm not sure that stitching around ALL of the tree was the best idea as far as time management, but I love the overall effect.  In case you hadn't notice, I am a bit addicted to my gel pen.

I added a little dimension to the page by "popping" up all of the die-cuts.  It's definitely an easy way to add a little more interest to your pages.  I store all of my layouts in the WR Memory Keeper 3-ring scrapbooks.  They are a little larger than the regular post albums and since most of my pages have something "popped-up" I need a lot of room in my books...otherwise my daughter will end up with 100 scrapbooks by the time she is 18.
